NOTE: An updated Mailing/Subscriber List(s) must be uploaded through the Publisher Dashboard for each new document that you would like a mailing deployed for and/or access granted to.
List Format
- Text: tab-delimited (.txt/.tab) or Comma-separated (.csv) format (.txt tab-delimited files are preferred)
- Excel files are not accepted
- The filename may only include alphanumeric characters, dashes and underscores (no spaces or any special characters)
- (Recommended) Include the document title or abbreviated title code
- Document date, e.g. “202302” or “Feb2023″
- (Recommended) List type, e.g. access_only_list, mailing_list, seed_list, etc..
- For any list that included back document access, please add “includesBackDocuments” or just “BackDocuments” in the file name.
- (Recommended) Include the document title or abbreviated title code
- Single header line with no special characters
- The column for email addresses needs to labeled ’email’ (with no spaces before or after the word).
- (OPTIONAL) If any custom variables are being used in your Mailing Template, please make sure you label your column headings accordingly (first_name, account_number, etc.).
