GTxcel’s Unified Publishing Platform includes a full featured email delivery system to notify your users of new documents or send fully custom email messages.

Setting up New Document mailings

  • STEP 1: Choose your template
  • STEP 2: Provide the necessary assets for the template you’ve chosen
    • A list of assets can be found by clicking on the “Publisher Supplied Assets” button
    • Once you have all of your assets, please upload them under the “Mailing Template” category for your most recent document.
  • STEP 3: Approve your templates.

General Question/Requests – A Customer Success team Member will begin working on your request within one to two hours of receipt. We will complete the request as soon as possible; we aim to have all requests completed within 24 hours.
