Publish a Document

A ‘PUBLISH’ button will appear once the document has been processed to the staging site. Once you have reviewed the document, all edits/changes have been completed and the document is ready to publish to the live site, click the “PUBLISH” button.

Once you select the ‘PUBLISH’ button, a popup window will appear allowing you to select a date and time. Read and check the two boxes at the bottom of the window and click on the ‘REQUEST’ button.

NOTE: Keep in mind that the document will not be live at the selected time, the publishing process will begin at the time selected.

You will receive an automated email once the document is live including the live URL.
