What is the GDPR?

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a European law that grants personal data rights to individuals in the European Union. However, its requirements apply to all sites and online businesses who collect, store, and process personal data about individuals in the EU. Among other things, it requires companies and site owners to be transparent about how they collect, use and share personal data. It also gives individuals more access and more choice when it comes to how their own personal data is collected, used, and shared.

Does GTxcel Collect Data?

For some publications, GTxcel securely obtains email addresses from publishers and fulfillment firms for the purpose of providing access to digital content. If the delivery of services includes an email alert, we use a third party vendor to deliver the email alert. We do not sell email addresses. GTxcel maintains a secure network and a stringent privacy program.  GTxcel is cooperatively working with all vendors to ensure proper GDPR rules are considered.

Right to Request Personal Data and Right be Forgotten

We support EU individuals’ right to request personal data or permanent deletion of personal data. Requests for data or data deletion can be submitted through your publishing support team at Requests will be vetted and EU residence will receive confirmation of data erasure once it is complete.
