Once your issue files are submitted for conversion, additional or revised pages may be submitted, however, they are considered replacement pages at that point and are subject to additional fees.
To upload replacement pages, first prepare the pages you would like to replace as individual PDFs:
- 1 file per page
- file names match the folio of the page to be replaced, e.g. “mytitle-page17-rev2.pdf”
- PDFs should be prepared according to our PDF preparation spec
In the Publisher Dashboard, click “upload” on the applicable issue and then select “Page replacement” from the category pulldown menu.
In addition to naming your files clearly, please also include instructions stating which uploaded file replaces which page in the document.
Select files and click start upload.
Once uploaded it can take up to 1 business day for the page to be replaced and a new staging link emailed for review. If approved you can either Publish or Re-Publish the issue in the Publisher Dashboard.
