Removing Downloaded Issues from Your App

Occasionally, a downloaded issue may need to be cleared to view updates that take place after an issue is live. To clear your issue on a specific device, please follow the instructions below.

iPad, iPhone & iPod (clears by the issue):

  1. From the Library view click the Account/Settings Icon in the top nav bar
  2. Click Manage Settings
  3. Click Edit
  4. Click Delete next to the issue you want to remove
  5. Go out of the app
  6.  Stop the app from running in the background (double bump)
  7. Go back into the app

Android (clears all issues downloaded):

  1. From your device main screen (not in your app)
  2. Select the Menu option
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Applications
  5. Click Manage Applications
  6. Select your app you would like cleared
  7. Select Clear Data
  8. Click OK

Kindle Fire (clears all issues downloaded):

  1. From your device main screen (not in your app)
  2. Click the Tool icon in the upper right corner or the screen (it’s a circle)
  3. Click More
  4. Click Applications
  5. Select your app you would like cleared (may need to change filter selection)
  6. Select Clear Data
  7. Click OK
