Occasionally, a downloaded issue may need to be cleared to view updates that take place after an issue is live. To clear your issue on a specific device, please follow the instructions below.
iPad, iPhone & iPod (clears by the issue):
- From the Library view click the Account/Settings Icon in the top nav bar
- Click Manage Settings
- Click Edit
- Click Delete next to the issue you want to remove
- Go out of the app
- Stop the app from running in the background (double bump)
- Go back into the app
Android (clears all issues downloaded):
- From your device main screen (not in your app)
- Select the Menu option
- Click Settings
- Click Applications
- Click Manage Applications
- Select your app you would like cleared
- Select Clear Data
- Click OK
Kindle Fire (clears all issues downloaded):
- From your device main screen (not in your app)
- Click the Tool icon in the upper right corner or the screen (it’s a circle)
- Click More
- Click Applications
- Select your app you would like cleared (may need to change filter selection)
- Select Clear Data
- Click OK
